At the Bel-Red Center for Aesthetic Surgery we our excited about our new Syneron ReFirmeTM system for non-surgical skin tightening of the face and neck. The treatment program consists of five sessions each about 30 to 45 minutes in length depending on the exact region being treated. Unlike treatments with Thermage or Titan, most of our patients experience no discomfort during each of the treatment sessions!! Patients return to normal activities immediately.

 

In another exciting development, we now offer treatment of nasolabial (melolabial) folds and other facial wrinkles using the newly FDA approved Artefill - the only filler substance with a permanent, non-absorbable component. This provides yet another choice to the many fillers we offer at the Bel-Red Center including Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, Sculptra and Juvederm.
