Cosmetic Surgeon - Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Novia was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduation from The Medical College of Pennsylvania he began his military career. He completed his first residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr Novia was then transferred to South Korea where he served for one year as the Chief of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the 121 Hospital in Seoul. He returned to El Paso, Texas where he completed his second residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. He was then transferred to the European Theater where he served for five years. Dr Novia then returned to Los Angeles, California were he completed an additional year of fellowship training in Craniofacial Surgery at UCLA Medical Center. He was then transferred to Denver, Colorado where he served as the Assistant Chief of Plastic Surgery and the Director of Craniofacial Surgery. He was finally transferred to Washington State where he completed his military career as the Chief of Plastic Surgery and Director of Craniofacial Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center. Dr Novia has served all over the world including Hawaii, Micronesia, Korea, Honduras, Germany, Croatia, and Thailand.
